On Wednesday, March 7th, Pitch In hosted a Pitch In parent breakfast!
Over steaming plates of eggs, hash-browns, bacon, and cups of coffee we came together to talk about Pitch In’s goals, routines and vision for the future.
Each year our Pitch In program welcomes a new cadre of 4th grade students. The goal of this breakfast was to make sure our new group of parents felt informed and aware of the many benefits Pitch In brings to students and families and the abundance of love students receive from our amazing Pitch In mentors!
Parents were super excited to share their thoughts and feedback on the program, and offered up really neat ideas to incorporate in the program!
Pitch In strives to create community between our students and their parents. We hope to have a Pitch In parent breakfast more frequently going forward to continue building that community and collaboration with our incredible parents!
